Research: The house was annexed into the city 1959. 2005 the house had a carport, 2010 the carport was enclosed. 2018 the back yard had a chain link fence. 2020 the back yard now has a corrugated metal fence. The last permit for this property was obtained 2018 for the repair to the gas line /relocate The permit T18CM00833 expired. The first permit on file shows 2002 T02EL01205 for an electrical upgrade. No permits on file for the carport or fence. |
