Back yard fence measures 78 1/2. No permits on file for the fence. Complaint about the interior of the property. Front gate is locked with a pad lock. Looked through the gap in the fence. Property has several open doors on the sheds and main structure. Appears to have a lot of storage throughout the entire property lot scattered around. Notice from the street the electrical meter is tagged with a reg tag. Lot is vacant and being used for storage in an R2 Zone. Owner is changing the zone from R2 to storage. Contacted owner regarding the complaint. Owner admitted to the property exterior storage. He stated he will start working at clearing the lot. Also discussed the weeds in the front and side right-of-way area. |
