On site - Verified storage throughout the front yard, side yard and porch, JMVs, vehicle covered with tarp. Several vehicles parked on street in front of home and in alley abutting the property. Tools for auto repair scattered in driveway and porch. Appears that he may be running a car repair business. Parcel has had multiple complaints through the past 7 years, due to this I am issuing citation immediately. |
