On site - Was able to verify accumulation of weeds in front yard. Spoke with neighbor regarding back yard, due to no visual access. He agreed to send photos he took and will go to court if necessary. Back yard has excessive grass and weeds, waist high in some areas, as well as refuse and debris throughout yard. According to neighbor, this accumulation is harboring rodents/pests. Issuing notice of violation. |
