Unit #17 which was vacant at the time and is condemned for unsanitary conditions. There is a significant accumulation of dog feces throughout the yard and living areas of the unit. Offensive order was emitting from the unit to neighboring properties. There are large holes in the drywall on the interior of the unit. Dogs were left unattended for an extended period of time. The dogs were removed by PACC. There was no contact with a responsible party to do a full inspection of the interior and it is unknown if there is damage to electrical wiring, plumbing and/or structural components. The electric and gas services were remove. TEP removed meter and Southwest gas meter was pinned. Both will require a reconnect clearance. Licensed contractor will be required for all repairs/replacements. All necessary permits will be required within 60 days. City contractor secured property. NOV and Do Not Enter was posted. |
