On site at property TFD on scene fire damage to exterior stucco and windows on west side of property due to neighboring fire. Within 60 days permits and repair are required with permits as needed, emergency abatement and notice of violation hand delivered and signed. All utilities are still active and structure has not been condemned at this time. Owner will secure property indemnification form signed. |
