On site at property TFD, Tep, SWG, an animal control on scene. Fire and water damage throughout entire main structure and side porch area. There is fire damage to walls, ceiling, roof, electrical, electrical fixtures, plumbing, structural integrity appears to be compromised an entire structure has been affected by fire, smoke, or water damage. Electrical and gas have been disconnected and meters pulled building is condemned indemnification and emergency abatement signed by owner permits are required for all repairs within 60 days. |
