The refrigerator is present in the front porch area of the property and is covered overhead by the properties awning. The refrigerator is still operational and is not considered an attractive nuisance, however, it is plugged into the electrical system of the home and is exposed to outdoor weather. Extension cord is present running along the top of the roof and is exposed to the weather. |
