On site at property. Property from public street view appears to be in poor conditions. There are several JMVs in front of the house, there is an accumulation weeds on the property, there is outdoor storage in front of the property. Unsure and cannot verify the interior of the house conditions, however will include such unsanitary violations on the notice based on the public front view of the property. Sent NOV. |
