Responded to property to investigate complaint of a floodlight on all night and in violation of color temperature. Spoke to owner who voluntarily allowed a search of the property. There is a light fixture on the east wall of the structure, that does not have a light bulb in it. The north wall of the structure has a standard porch light installed. The remaining two sides of the structure have no light fixtures installed. Unable to verify a violation, close case. -VM |
