On site at property - Verified couch sitting near curb at the front of the property and a large pile of debris and refuse in the alley, directly behind the property. Spoke in-person with owner, he admitted that some of the debris was from their shed, but that many of the neighbors bring stuff and add it to the pile as well, thinking that it can be dumped there for brush and bulky. I advised him of the codes and rules. Issuing notice of violation. |
