Owner stated he was out of the state and got back into the area and saw his property was posted. We discussed the open unsecured property plus all the refuse on site. Discussed the homeless people found inside the buildings that were removed. Advised owner to fill out the NO TRESPASSING form online with TPD and the importance to remove refuse and to maintain and monitor property. Owner stated he is going to sell the lot. He was also scared of the homeless people stating they flattened his tires the last time he was there and they threated him. Let him know our office would be cleaning the lots to the north. He should consider cleaning his lot at the same time since TPD will be on site and he wont have the homeless issue while we are on site. Will let him know when this is scheduled. | |
