The building has been vandalized and broken into at multiple points over a long period of time. Contacted new owners, Habitat for Humanity and spoke with Rich Hoffman. He stated that the building is slated for demo in 3-4 weeks and they are waiting for the final on the demo permit. Advised him that the structure needs to be secured from entry in the mean time and told him they need to have fencing installed at the entrances to stop foot/vehicle traffic from entering. He stated he will have it completed ASAP and will let me know when complete. Will follow up about demo in 30 days. Not issuing NOV at this time. |
