Spoke with the owner, James, and verified that the cars belonged to him and that they could start and run. No refuse, debris, or storage found at the front of the property, only tools and car parts that he was actively using at the time. He stated that he makes sure his yard is clean at night and doesn't leave anything out in the yard after working on the vehicles. Complaints are unfounded. CLOSE CASE. |
