Contacted owner regarding the complaint. Owner states they are not converting the patio into a bedroom. They have to plans to do this at all. close case - CASE HAS BEEN REOPENED DUE TO NOTABLE CHANGES TO THE REAR OF THE BUILDING. ASSIGNED TO INSPECTOR TIDWELL MOVING FORWARD. |
