Electrical damaged, commercial bldg also appears to have added electrical added without permits. Interior framing of walls constructed behind the display room (storage area) appears to be adding in rooms. Advised owner to submit updated floor plan to reflect changes to the original floor plan. Licensed Contractor and Electrician required to repair the interior damage to the commercial building and to evaluate and repair electrical system. TEP will not energize electrical until the permit is finaled by PDSD Building Inspector. Issued notice to vacate, permits required, indemnification form. |
