There is no violation. Owner owns a large parking lot and is allowing his neighbors to park in his parking lot. Addendum 03/20/25 (LP): Parcel was previously approved as a parking lot in 2005. There was a parking lot agreement that was terminated recently with a sale, but it doesn't remove its approval for use as a parking lot and does not require a new permit. |
