2.6.2025 - On site at property, TEP, and property owner and tenant. Illegal electrical was done. Including, adding multiple exterior pedestals for RV use. It appears no one currently living in the two RVs in the rear at this time. Interior and exterior romex electrical wires being ran. Water pex lines were added and relocated. Exterior gas lines was moved. Sewer lines were added and relocated. Permits required for all work. TEP cut the power from the pole. Southwest Gas pinned the meter. Property is condemned. Stop work order placed. |
