1011 am - Arrived and found 6-8 homeless congregating in the area northwest corner of bldg. Piles of trash and debris and camping materials. Building appears secure and is boarded. Fence is cut at far southeast part, footprints in dirt where people have apparently been entering. Fence also open at front of bldg. Called and left msg for owner. There is also dry weeds and grass in rear of property and refuse and debris in abutting alley. -VM |
