- Tested 4 outlets in kitchen along sink / countertop area and one in bathroom. All tested correctly and GFCI functions as intended.
- Outlet on other side by stove area is pulled out of wall and has a cut hot wire. Outlet to left has no power. Outlet to right is not a GFCI.
- Bedroom has smoke detector present.
- Inspection is a partial pass, need repairs to three above listed outlets on stove wall of kitchen. Property manager will call back for reinspection. -VM
05/23/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 1153 am - Returned and reinspected with property manager on site. Outlet w/ cut wires has been reinstalled. Tested all 3 outlets along this wall. All tested correctly, and GFCI operates as intended when tested. Violations are abated, condemnation is lifted, close case. -VM
