Weeds, refuse, structures placed onto the property without permits (shade structure, wooden structure, large metal storage container). North side of the building has a large crack in the wall, RV parked in the front of the property for several months appears someone is living on the west side of the property. No Certificate of Occupancy for the Auto Shop, The BCC Autonomous Space, Commercial Storage. Research finds the BCC Autonomous Space is holding dinners, large gatherings for various different events which are advertised on-line. Junk motor vehicle parked on the east side of the property.
