Large building that contains 3 different parcels all belong to Arizona Packout LLC none have applied for permits for illegal structures or for a CofO for the businesses. No plans have been submitted, no application nothing. Recreational vehicle that was parked on the west side of the property was moved to the south side of the property. But, still in the street. Complete citation and mail to the owner of Arizona Packout LLC.

Mgmt request I stop event since commercial property does not have proper approvals. Advised to take TPD. Met w/occupants regarding complaint. No CofO. Issued paper work and shut down commercial rental unit parcel #11506088A occupants are not to be loitering on the property. Must be actively removing violations and working with PDSD. Can not be hanging around or hold events, meetings or any type of business/non-profit business / activities on site until all proper approvals are approved and on file with the City of Tucson PDSD and TFD.

Issued notice to vacate, idem form posted shut down paper work. Occupants will need to obtain a cofo for their non-profit .
