Spoke with the owner who stated that the R/V parked in front of the property in the street is broken down. She stated that her relatives drove the R/V here from out of state a few weeks ago and it broken down. Her relatives were not living in it at any time, they were working to repair the R/V over the last couple of weeks during their visit. The R/V was not hooked up at anytime for someone residing in it. It was hooked up the electricity in an attempted to charge the batteries and complete the repairs to the R/V |
