There is a kennel that is not a chain-link fence for property but for their dogs and is 2 ft. away from neighboring property fence. They have stated they will take down the small shade structure with the four wood pillars and violation will be abated however also an option for Compliance Review. Will follow up soon. 3/18/24 - Homeowners have taken down the four wooden pillars shade structure. Violation abated. Case closed. |
