ON SITE THERE IS A GOLD 4 DOOR SEDAN TOYOTA PARKED IN THE STREET, ON THE SIDE OF THE HOME, THAT APPEARS TO BE INOPERABLE. TPD WILL HAVE TO RESPOND THERE ARE NO CODE PROPERTY VIOLATIONS FOR THE VEHICLE SINCE IT IS IN THE STREET. |
