1258 PM - Arrived and found no work going on and no noise being generated. Parcel has two duplexes, both are being remodeled. Spoke to owner who allowed access to property. There is a new corrugated metal fence constructed throughout the perimeter of the property, exceeds 6 feet at some locations. Owner states no new electric lines installed, just swapping existing fixtures for new, and no new plumbing lines installed or being relocated. Water heater in north east unit unit is disconnected, owner states all four units will be getting new water heater and HVAC system installed. Will issue 30 day notice of violation. -VM |
