129 pm - Duplex has been converted to triplex. Has 3 electric meters, 3 front doors. Contact w/ tenant at rear, says it is a separate unit of the front two front doors and has lived here for 2 years. Called and spk to owner and he states it was a triplex when they brought the property in 2021. Directed owner to begin process of obtaining permits for work done. -VM |
