REVISITED SITE, MET WITH MANAGER FIRST WHO STATED ALL WORK HAD BEEN COMPLETED. MET WITH THE OCCUPANT WHO STATED THE MANAGEMENT CREW HAD BEEN OVER, REPAIRED THE HEAT PACK , CHECKED THE THERMOSTAT, CHECKED AND REPLACED BAD OUTLETS. ALL ISSUES HAD BEEN ABATED AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FOR THE OCCUPANTS WAS THE HEAT BEING FIXED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
