02/09/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Arrived on scene, TFD on site, found fire had burned the exterior walls near the front door, window next to front door was busted out. Exterior siding in this area is fire damaged and peeling off. Smoke damage visible in the interior of the mobile home. Damage to light fixtures and electrical at the front door and in the inside of the unit. Electric lines are bare and burned. Electric was disconnected at the sub meter by TFD. Southwest gas was called and responded, pinned gas off at meter. Did identify a non outdoor rated electrical outlet on the north wall of the exterior of the mobile home. City contractor was called to secure the structure. City contractor responded and secured the front door and broken window, occupant was able to secure the second door to the structure. Unit was red tagged Unsafe to Occupy, Permits required for repair and shall be inspected before being re-occupied. -VM
