Interior house has refuse, feces, dead bird through-out the entire house. Property has tall grass weeds and 2 junk motor vehicles parked on the lot. Electrical, water and gas disconnected to prevent fire and or water damage to the structure. Occupants both taken to the hospital. T3C contacted to assist residents.. Shutdown paper work, permits required and weed and refuse nov posted on house |
