Owner looking to sell house. Owner wants to turn electricity back on at house. Explained they need to apply for an Electrical Reconnect permit. Have a licensed Electrician evaluate the electrical and have the permit finaled by PDSD before TEP will re-energize the house.

Property still has the JMV on site, pile of dead vegetation in the side yard and storage on the front porch. The trailer/rv is now parked in the front side yard. Knocked at door. House appears to be vacant. It appears the owner has obtained a permit in issued status for the electrical and gas to be evaluated and restored before being reactive.

Will cite the owner for the condition of this house.
