There was a leak in the unit above that was repaired. The wall in unit 1011 was affected by the leak and it did cause a fire. The wall was repaired and the electrical panel was replaced. The tenant was complaining about the quality of the work. I found the work to be down correctly, the wall is hard to to the touch and the electrical panel is placed securely and all breakers were functioning properly. |
