310 PM - Right of way/sidewalk areas along Waverly Street and Howard Boulevard are blocked by vegetation. Very large pile of tree stumps and dead branches in front yard. Dead plants throughout the property, large dead tree stump in right of way along Howard Boulevard. Weeds exceed 6 inches on property and in rights of way and alley. Toyota Prius is partially obstructing the right of way. Spoke to owner on site, will mail a 30 day notice. -VM |
