Some improvement has been made to cutting back vegetation on Waverly St. However, Howard Bl has vegetation still obstructing the street and the right of way is completely blocked by live and dead vegetation. There is excessive dead vegetation throughout the property. Called and spk to owner, advised will be submitting for bids for abatement. -VM
07/18/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 1148 AM - Vegetation is cut back to where there is an accessible pedestrian pathway and I was able to walk through along Waverly St and Howard Bl. Dead vegetation is removed from the front yard, and no dead plants remain. Weeds exist, however no accumulations of weeds over 6 inches at this time. Violations abated, close case. -VM
