I walked around the right of way and front of this building along Fairmount Street and found absolutely no trash or debris & could find no sewage or wet ground in front of any of the units one, two, three, four and five. Did speak to a tenant on site who said they have had issues of this in months past, but hasn't happened in a while. There was an employee on site actively picking up litter inside the grounds of the property and the grounds are very well maintained. Right of way along Columbus Boulevard also free of any litter, trash, or debris. Unable to verify complaint, will close case. Did call and advise the property manager of the complaint. -VM |
