Outlet covers missing in the rental unit #1505 in bedroom, kitchen and WH closet. Outdoor outlets are missing weather protective cover. Electrical wiring exposed to the elements. Rental unit is a 2 wire system, renters report everytime they turn on the toaster and the microwave the circuit trips. Owner added in new cooling units to rental units 1501 and 1503 without permits. Electrical disconnect box is double lugged in #1501 and #1505 for added circuits (ac units and washer and dryer located on back porch. Outdoor light globes missing on all units. Interior electrical box in unit #1505 circuits are not labeled. Mold in bathroom in shower stall, excessive dog feces in yard of rental unit #1501, weeds and dead vegetation through-out the entire rental property. Refuse scattered around rental property. Rental unit #1505 does not have proper addressing. Called owners, sent owners a text message along with a picture of the NOV for lack of heating to unit #1505. Left name and number for owner to contact me regarding the complaint. |
