151 PM - Observed live roaches in kitchen cabinets. Observed rodent droppings present in kitchen cabinets, did not observe any live mice. Drywall is not finished/missing paint in bathroom areas in toilet room and above sink. Front door hinge is detached from door frame. Spoke with employee on site and provided list of items. Will issue notice of violation. -VM |
