212 PM - Contact with tenant on site, states management did repairs. Front door hinge repaired and is attached to both the door and the door frame. The drywall in the toilet room was painted. Tenant states management did spray for roaches. Did observe a roach in cabinet, however tenant states the infestation is being managed between the management spraying and them spraying. Violations abated, will close case. -VM |
