Observed overgrown vegetation that also includes trees on the property in the front yard area and on the eastside of the property that is obstructing the stop sign towards the north bound on S Jessica Ave on the corner of Scarlett St. Also there is trash and debris present on the ground located on the eastside of the property. Trash and debris also included broken fence panels. The property is not abandoned per the owner and all the utilities services are currently active according to Naviline and the TEP MAP Room. The owner says he currently working on the property and will trim all overgrown vegetation and clean up the fence that is broken. |
