This caused the electrical fire in the ceiling area. Owner did extensive work without permits. Carport enclosed, drywall being added to ceiling and walls in room south of the front living room area. Closet being built in this room back room. Roofing is charred and is gatered. Water heater removed and relocated to the roof of the house. Hallway bathroom shower stall has been removed and plumbing work is exposed. Electrical outlet wiring poking out of the walls. Siding on the west side of house added. Owner installed solar to roof and placed water heater on the roof. 2 structures built and added to the back end of the property. |
