1227 PM - Small amount of trash and debris on property. There are no vehicles on property. Walked property with rep of owner on site. States they have already cleaned up most of the trash and debris and will be remodeling home. Advised to ensure permits are pulled for any work requiring permits and would be issuing a 30 day notice for trash and debris on property. -VM |
