228 PM - Received a voicemail from owner stating work was completed and a bulk pickup was ordered. Returned and found some violations abated, however the large HVAC unit still in front yard. Called and left a message for the owner. -VM |

210 PM - Trash and debris has been removed from the front yard and carport, no accumulations remain. HVAC system was moved to the carport. With this and remainder of storage in carport, a vehicle can be fully parked in the carport and this meets code. Weeds were cut and removed. Violations have been abated, close case. -VM |
