Rental house fire: House completely damaged by fire: Roofing system, insulation, drywall, carport and storage completely burned and roof collapsed. Interior walls, ceiling and flooring all damaged. Electrical system, gas/plumbing system, HVAC system all completely damaged. Doors and windows broken out or melted. 3 vehicles and a camper and a hauler burned completely. Contacted owner and Property Mgmt regarding securing property. Property Mgmt request for city to secure. Arcadia Board up structure and Biff Baker will fence off entire property.
