This is a commercial zoned (tire shop). Tires on display are on the Tire shop property and not interfering with the access to the Car wash business located next door. Talked with owner who agreed to keep driveway cleared for car wash access. Instructed owner to move park cars that interfered with sidewalk right of way which he did on the spot |
