300 PM - Found no mattress or trash or debris in either right of way along Grant Road or Elaine Boulevard. There is no alley here. Did find a homeless at rear of property with a pile of his belongings/trash and debris. He said he would be leaving. I checked the grounds and found no trash or debris. This property has a closed Eegees restaurant. The building has a fence surrounding it and appears secure. The homeless did leave and took all his belongings and his trash and debris with him. No trash or debris remains so will close case. -VM |
