Research property for permits for large metal carport on wheels located in the setback on the north end of the property lot. Located an approved site plan on file with PDSD. Site plan does not show the carport on wheels or the shed in the front yard. Zoning approval and a building permit will be required. Sending owner an nov for this violation. Pictures uploaded. |
