Office called that Colleen has a case for today and she is off today. Did take the case and went to the site with inspector Morales. The property has new construction being done on the property. Has on duplex almost done and doing the curb work and sidewalks by the street and the parking lot for parking on the property. The infrastructures on the other unit location is completed and working on the structures one at a time. No one is working at this time and the owner was on site due to Cox cable was on site to check on a broken cable on the east side of the property. Did let the owner know why I was on site, that a complaint came in for starting to work before the sun is up and working late at night with including working on Sunday. The owner stated that he was on site as a owner and family members working on Sunday and digging a trench for T.E.P. There was no contractors working on Sunday and once the trench was dug up, left the site. They did pour the sidewalks by the street and started at 5:30 AM and the owner was not aware of that start time. Was advised that if that continues with out the approval from the City Managers Office, that the work can be stopped and will need to schedule night time work or early morning work with the City Managers Office. Did go over that the permit is showing expired on all the permits and that payments is being required. The owner will meet with P.D.S.D and check on the permits and the fees. RV. |
