After inspection found that property had a enclosed carport with-out permits in the past, owner is putting it back to carport, but did find other violation's, property in the front was enclosed at front west of the carport, has a carport at the rear of the property being constructed with possible electrical running to it, also has a new AC unit and a new electrical panel, all will need be under permit, will be issuing stop work order, ok for them to finish repairing roof leaks. |
