200 PM - No yard sale or yard sale signs at time of inspection. There is furniture and other items to include appliances in the front and side yards visible from the street. Tenant at 2616 states the material belongs to her boyfriend who was having yard sales but has stopped. Tenant took responsibility for all items. Did advise will send a 30 day notice to have all items removed or stored out of public view. -VM |
