On site at property. The lights in question do not shine onto the abutting properties located at 5820, 5830 and 5840 E 9th St which are appx. 240ft away from the building and lights on the building in question. There are lights in the rear parking area which are not shining onto abutting properties. There are lights on the electrical poles in the alley that abut the properties located at 5820, 5830, and 5840 E 9th St. There was also inspection done on 06/16/21 on lighting and found no violation. |
